Our platform is designed to help job seekers discover remote work opportunities and help employers reach qualified remote candidates. We aggregate job listings from publicly available sources and update our database multiple times per day to ensure freshness. Employers may also register accounts to post jobs directly on our platform, with options for free and featured (paid) listings.

3. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job listings

Job listings may expire, be filled, or change without notice. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions, employment practices, or conduct of any employer listed on our Site. 5. Employer Accounts

Employers may register accounts to post job listings on HireSnipe. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to post jobs on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Featured job listings require payment and are subject to our review. We reserve the right to remove any job listing or suspend any employer account that violates these Terms or that we determine to be fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate.

6. Affiliate Relationships and Disclosure

HireSnipe participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Impact Radius network. This means that some links on our Site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you click on these links and make a purchase or sign up for a service. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
